Delegate sales – defence sector – £25K OTE £40K

The Role

Responsibilities:

Building relationships with C-level executives
Selling the benefits of your events to drive attendance
Attending your events and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day
Opportunities for international travel, particularly across America
Following up on a range of leads including: inbound, warm and cold

Why This Role?
International travel: Plenty of incentives for international travel, particularly across America and Europe.
Training: Full training will be provided in house by the sales director who has 13 years industry experience. Training will include a full sales induction, 1-1 roleplays with your manager, group training sessions, listening to your live calls and ensuring you completely understand each stage of the sales process.
Progression: 12-18 months in you can progress into the sponsorship sales team or go down the leadership route and become either a team leader or a sales manager – completely up to you which route you want to go down!
Requirements

Strong communication skills
Evidence of overachieving (in academics, hobbies, sport, volunteering etc)
Driven
A desire to work in a sales environment
