Graduate Business Development Representative-Tech Sector – £35K OTE £70K

A rapidly growing and well-respected IT consulting firm that specialises in the provision, design, implementation and support of enterprise management solutions. They have an impressive client list which includes the NHS, HMRC and NatWest Group.
Over the last couple of years this company has grown exponentially and have really thrived since the pandemic. They are an international company with offices in London, North America, Netherlands, Poland and India.
Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is money motivated and really driven to secure a role in sales. The first six months you will be training and shadowing the senior sales team whilst you are learning the ins and out of the role. Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing a strong sales plan within your allocated territory
Building effective relationships with your clients but also externally
Assisting with proposals, pricing and configuration to meet their needs
Attending client visits
Managing pipeline whilst driving and closing new business

What You Will Get

Training – You will get extensive training. You will join a cohort of 20 graduates where you will receive an extensive 2 week training period
Salary – £35K OTE £70K plus loads of other benefits

Requirements

Ability to build relationships
Technically minded and ability to communicate information in laymen terms
Desire to secure a career in sales – must be target driven
Confident to pick up the phone to new business clients
Evidence of achievement which can be shown through academics, sport or other achievements
Desirable if you completed a placement during university or have commercial experience (not essential)

Essential

2:1 equivalent or above from a top 40 university
Based in London or willing to relocate ASAP
Able to start in early September
