Rotational Graduate Engineering Scheme
Joining a diverse engineering and maintenance department, you will undertake multiple rotations across the team to build a solid understanding of the business function, enabling you to fast-track your career into leadership after completion of the scheme.
This scheme will be based at one of the companies polymer recycling facilities in Kent. You’ll rotate across a range of functions including spending time with the technicians to learn how the site works and get valuable hands on, practical experience, working alongside different senior engineering leaders to help train and develop you for the future as well as supporting delivery for a variety of major projects for the business. There will be lots of exciting project management, taking ideas right through to conception.

What Do You Need?

A 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in an engineering degree
Good communication skills
The ability to attend a digital assessment centre on Tuesday 12th April, able to start on the 5th September
