And interested in working with companies like Microsoft and Pinterest?
Then this could be the perfect role for you!
We are working with an amazing company who are changing the recruitment industry by creating a true partnership with their clients by offering a subscription-based service where their associates (you) are in-bedded within companies and work directly with their internal teams.
They have had amazing success over the last couple of years and have built their client portfolio in the tech markets. They are ready to take their exciting recruitment model to the next stage and want to grow primarily through graduate hires so they can train and develop you.
Why Them?

Dedicated internal training scheme for graduates that will start with 4 weeks of classroom training and then 4 weeks of shadowing supported by training days, constant mentorship from team leads and more.

A hybrid working scheme, 2/3 days in office. Give you the autonomy to decide what you want to work and if you want to work on-site with their clients.

Modern company – not a stuffy corporate environment, instead they are relaxed and dress down.

International offices in the US and across Europe, also opportunities to work with clients internationally.

Graduate who joined the company 5 years ago is now running her own entire talent team and others oversee entire divisions.

You’ll join the company as a graduate talent sourcing associate and after you complete the first 8 weeks of intensive training, you will be in-bedded into an exciting tech company under the guidance of a team lead and assist your client with their hiring needs and work with them on improving and running their existing processes.
As part of the role you’ll be:

Learning about the company you are partnering with in detail and acting as a full-time employee (representative) of the client
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for roles across the company and ultimately assisting them with growth
Liaising with internal HR teams, Managers, Directors, and other functions within the business
Working towards metrics and KPI’s that you’ll discuss with the client
Managing interview processes and candidate experience
