2.1 or above (or equivalent) in economics, engineering, finance, business, management or related with an analytical element
Highly numerate and analytical
Good quantitative and qualitative research skills
A true passion for new technologies
Those with a second language are encouraged to apply, especially those with fluency in French, German, Spanish or Mandarin, however this is not a necessity
Any experience working within a tech related role or business would be a useful bonus

This role is a great opportunity for a graduate such as yourself to really explore and develop a career in digital marketing. Positioning yourself in their fast-paced and dynamic paid search team, you will apply and nurture your strong analytical skills applying them to the growing digital marketing industry and the techniques employed. Your day will be varied, from keyword research within your team to running performance analysis using commercial data that will be fed back to your client.
The first 3-6 months you will be given intensive training in industry techniques and to bring you up to speed, all with the practical application from the get go on key accounts to reinforce those skills.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Using in-house technology to conduct daily data analysis and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns. Conducting keyword research, producing and testing ad copy for PPC campaigns. Assisting senior colleagues with developing and implementing up to date strategies for clients. Regular monitoring and reporting of campaign performance, feeding back to clients direct. Summarising key quantitative data and producing weekly client reports. Building and maintaining relationships with clients via email, phone and face to face meetings Hitting and exceeding KPIs and client expectations.
Progression is extremely transparent, with on-going training as well as opportunities to relocate to other offices globally.Requirements:
A 2:1 or above (or equivalent) degree in an analytical subject such as economics, business, science, analytics or relevant. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and a fluency in English and German. Strong numerical analysis skills. IT literate, any experience manipulating data in Excel highly desirable. Passion for marketing, particularly digital. No prior experience is required but you will need to be willing to build a strong awareness of digital marketing.
